Prices for business consumers are exclusive VAT. The Intracommunitair VAT rules for deliveries withing Europe are available by forwarding correct VAT informations.

Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereoff) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. By incorrect adress or VAT information the products need to be paid within VAT and delivery expenses.

KÉÃR and FM PRODUCTS
κέᾰρ®️ and FM skincare products are a range of natural balms, body oils and herbal soaps, among others. The responsibility of the content of the product lies with the producer of this product. Ilios Omorphia is not responsible for the composition or content of the Kéãr products. The producer of the Kéãr products give their information about the ingredients of the products by packaging, containment paper in the product packaging as on the product page and Natural Ingredients on the Website for details on product application and ingredients.
The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual Product that you purchase. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products that appear on the Website as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer’s monitor display of any colour will be accurate. The information and description of Products on the Website are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. They may not reflect the Product at precisely the moment you place an order. All Products shown on our Website are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available, and we will refund the cost of any Product(s) that we could not send to you.

PRICES
The Euro prices indicated for Products available via the Website are all-inclusive of sales tax (i.e. VAT and where applicable) at the current rates and exclude delivery charges.
For deliveries outside the EU, the estimated shipping charges exclude VAT. For deliveries to non-EU countries and countries outside Europe, additional country-specific import and customs duties, customs clearance fees, and import sales taxes may apply. The fees depend on the destination country. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. These fees will be paid by the Customer.

RETENTION OF TITLE OF OWNERSHIP

Ilios Omorphia retain the right to ownership of the products, articles and/or textiles until full payment of ownership has been made. The return shipping costs remain at the expense of the default payer.

The Customer does not have to register an account with us to browse through our Website or buy Products. However, if you choose to create an account, there are several benefits. These include customised communication and advice, easier and faster checkout, storing and editing delivery addresses and billing information, and reviewing previous purchases and order history.

BUYING PRODUCTS FROM US
Direct customers may not buy Products from our Website for resale or business purposes, and any samples you receive from us are for your personal use only and are not for resale. Our order process allows you to check and amend before submitting your order. Please take the time to read and check your order. For Business or Resale customers are prices and conditions applicable as confirmed by contract agreements.
By clicking on “Place Order” in the checkout process, you commit yourself to buying and pay for the Products in your order. This is your acceptance to enter into a Contract (or Service). The contract is subject to these Terms & Conditions, and by placing an order, you confirm that you accept them.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. If we accept your order after payment as we will confirm this by sending you a shipping confirmation via email.
Only the Products listed in the shipping confirmation are included in the contract between you and us. If there are any errors, please contact us as soon as possible.
If we cannot supply you with a Product because it is out of stock, we will take it off your order and only deliver the available items. If you have already paid for the Product, we will refund you the undelivered item (or items) as soon as possible.
With or without notice, we reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms & Conditions.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
You can pay for Products using PayPal, Ideal, Ticky or CreditCards. We process your orders securely, using data encryption and SSL. If the amount due from you cannot be charged, your order will be cancelled. We may contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process.
We will retain the legal ownership of the Products until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the Products will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

If you do not hold an account with PayPal, you can still pay using your credit card, via PayPal CheckOut, by following the online instructions. Ideal, Ticky or CreditCard direct payment.

DELIVERY
We will deliver your order in the estimated timeframe. If we cannot meet the estimated delivery date due to an event outside of our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party or an event outside our control.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address provided. Please ensure that the delivery details you provide are accurate; we will not be held responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries, lost deliveries or broken or damaged deliveries as a result of Third parties or Customer errors. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such laws or regulations.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS
You are responsible for inspecting the Products upon delivery to check that your order is complete and undamaged. Should there be any problem with your delivery, please consult our Shipping Returns Policy and notify us as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 72 hours of receipt of the Products.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Order Cancellation: If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of it being placed, provided that the order has not been sent to our warehouse. If you have an account, you can cancel the order in “My Account” section and by clicking on the “View Order Page“.
Customers who checked out as a guest and who have no account need to contact us within 24 hours at info@iliosomorphia.gr, and we will cancel the order.

Damaged Packages: If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately by photo prove evidence at info@iliosomorphia.gr We will arrange for pick up and inspect the damaged package, and the damaged items will be replaced.

Returns: Skincare products are made from highly specialised natural ingredients we source from family-owned farms, cooperatives and local farmers in modern laboratories and according to all EU regulations. Due to the unique nature of the ingredients of skincare products, we do not accept returns of open products unless they are defective upon arrival. Articles we do only accept when the package is not being opened. Inform us by e-mail info@iliosomorphia.gr with photos of the defective Product or Article so that we arrange for an exchange of the same Product or Article.
